All orders processed through our website and platforms are governed by the terms below.

2. Product Information & Custom Orders

Our products are 100% handcrafted, which means each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, design, weave, and size are natural and considered a characteristic of handmade goods—not a defect.

Any customized or bulk requirements must be clearly communicated in writing and are subject to confirmation by our team.

Product photos on the website are for reference only. Color and texture may appear different depending on screen settings or lighting conditions.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Policy

All product prices displayed on the website or communicated in quotes are inclusive of known and applicable domestic taxes (GST/IGST, etc.) at the time of billing.

However, if any additional charges, taxes, levies, duties, or import tariffs arise (especially during international shipments), such as:

International buyers are responsible for ensuring that products being imported comply with their country’s import laws and policies.

All customs clearance, duties, import taxes, storage fees, or delivery hold-ups caused by the importing country’s authorities are not the responsibility of URS Overseas Co.

5. Return, Replacement & Complaint Policy

We do not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges for any reason including:

Minor variations in size, color, or finish

Damage due to misuse, transit delays, or external handling

If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with:

Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Your order/invoice number

Upon receiving the evidence, our internal team will review and investigate the issue. If we verify and confirm that the error or damage was caused from our side:

We will record the issue in our internal improvement log

We do not offer refunds or replacements, but we guarantee corrective measures will be taken to avoid similar issues in future transactions.

If the issue is not confirmed to be on our part, no further claim will be entertained.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not accepted unless approved in writing by URS Overseas Co.

In the rare event of a forced cancellation due to stock or production issues, we will refund the full payment.
