Refund Policy:

At URS Overseas Co., customer satisfaction and quality assurance are at the heart of our operations.

However, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all orders once confirmed and processed, including but not limited to:

Bulk purchases

Customized and made-to-order products

Pre-booked export orders

Due to the nature of our business involving handcrafted, made-to-order products and international logistics, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We highly encourage customers to review their orders carefully, confirm specifications, and clarify any doubts prior to order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations may be permitted only if requested within 48 hours of order confirmation and before production or dispatch has commenced.

Conditions for cancellation:

Written cancellation requests must be emailed to our official communication channel within the allowed timeframe.

Cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed by URS Overseas Co. in writing.

If production or shipment has already begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Note: No partial cancellations or modifications are allowed once the production process has started.

Minor variations in color, texture, and weave are inherent to handwoven products and are not considered defects.

URS Overseas Co. reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
